What the firm is and how it describes itself
KPMG is one of the Big Four professional-services networks. Its strategy teams, including its Global Strategy Group, work on corporate and deal strategy and in many countries sit close to its deal advisory business.
KPMG UK publishes its graduate process in four stages: a job preview, online assessments, a video interview, and an in-person assessment day called Launch Pad. Other countries use their own processes.
