A short science scenario and four tables and charts. Pick the data you need, answer three calculations, then write a four-sentence report.

Three steps
- Choose the data: only two of the four tables and charts answer the question. Mark the ones you need.
- Calculate: three questions that build toward the answer. Type numbers; a calculator is fine.
- Report: four sentences, answer first, with two numbers from the data and one caveat.
Scoring counts your answers only. How you work (what you look at, in what order) is reported to matter in some real screens, but nobody outside the firms knows how it is scored, so we do not pretend to score it.
