Every report on this page goes to one address: hello@sowhatclub.com. A real person reads it. We are a small team, so these are goals we work to, not guarantees. The most serious reports always come first.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We are not an emergency service.
So What Club is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, or any other firm named on the site. Firm names are used only to describe what the preparation is for. Our lessons and cases are written by us. We look at every notice. While we review it, we may take the material down. If we remove something and the person who wrote it disagrees, they can send us a counter-notice with their reasons, and we will tell you. Please do not send a notice you know is untrue.
We check every worked case by machine and many lessons by people, but mistakes happen and firms change their processes. If a number is wrong, a fact is out of date, or you think something we say about a person or an organization is unfair or untrue, tell us what it says, where, and what is correct (with a source if you have one). If we agree, we correct or remove it and note the change. If we do not agree, we will explain why.
You can do most of this yourself, straight away, at any time:
For anything else, email us from the address on your account, so we know the request is really from you. We will not ask for identity documents unless there is no other way to be sure. Read the Privacy Policy for your full rights and how to complain to a regulator.
If you find a security weakness, please email us privately before telling anyone else, with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not access, change, or delete other people's data, do not run tests that slow the site down, and give us reasonable time to fix it. We will not take action against anyone who reports in good faith and follows these rules. Our contact is also published at /.well-known/security.txt.
If any part of the site is hard to use with your device, browser, or assistive technology, read our accessibility statement and tell us. We will help you get the content another way while we fix it.
We keep very little personal data (see the Privacy Policy). We answer requests from authorities only when the law requires it, and where we are allowed to, we tell the person concerned first.
