What the firm is and how it describes itself

EY-Parthenon is EY's strategy and transactions brand. In March 2025 EY announced that the EY-Parthenon brand now represents its whole Strategy and Transactions service line and now comprises 25,000 professionals in 150 countries.

This means an EY-Parthenon job may be a strategy consulting role, a transaction diligence role, a valuation or corporate finance role, or a mix. Strategy roles use case interviews; many transactions roles use technical and financial questions instead. Check the role type before you prepare.
