Candidate-led case
You drive the structure and the path.
Last reviewedWhat does Candidate-led case mean?
In a candidate-led case, you are expected to take the lead. You give your structure, then choose where to dig, ask for the data you need, and drive toward the answer, while the interviewer responds and steps in only when you are stuck. Bain and BCG are often described as using this style, although the format varies by office and interviewer.
